Jennifer, Rotary Gardens is easy to get to...just get off I-90 at the Racine St exit in Janesville, go west and at the first stoplight turn left. Drive through the golf course and you are there. It is free ( for now- they intend to charge admission next year, I'm told). They have a beautiful light display on the weekend evenings during the holidays. Let me know what you think if you do stop in!
